- 40ml Takamaka White Rum
- 20ml Cointreau
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 40ml Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Strain over fresh ice in a beer glass
- Top with grapefruit juice and garnish with a half-wheel of grapefruit
