- 40ml Bombay Sapphire gin
- 4-5 Blackberries
- 200ml Tonic water
- In a shaker, add the blackberries and gin. Muddle.
- Fine-strain into a Highball glass over ice and top up slowly with tonic water.
- Garnish with 2 blackberries and enjoy.
