This week, try our Grapefruit Mojito.
- 50ml Takamaka white rum
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 1/3 Grapefruit, chopped
- 50ml Grapefruit juice
- 8 to 10 Mint leaves
- Soda water
- Muddle the mint leaves and grapefruit to release their flavours
- Add the Takamaka white rum and sugar syrup and stir well
- Pour the grapefruit juice, fill the glass with ice and top up with soda water
